HEALTHY EATING
There is no definite and clear answer to healthy eating. "Healthy eating" is eating healthy means following a healthy eating pattern that includes a variety of nutritious foods and drinks.
The nutritional program should be arranged according to the health, social, economic and cultural conditions, taste and mental state of each patient in particular.
The most important point is not what did we eat? Or how do we eat? It is the rate at which the food we eat is digested and utilized.
In summary;
Healthy eating does not involve a specific diet. Rather, it means prioritizing your health by feeding your body with nutrient-rich foods.
When we conceptualize healthy eating, calories may be the first thing that comes to mind. While calories are important, our primary concern should be nutritional content. Just because a food is high in calories doesn't mean it's bad for you. Conversely, just because a food is low in calories does not make it a healthy choice.
As a general rule, we should try to eat mostly foods that are high in nutrients such as protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. These foods include vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, oily fish, pasture grazing meat, and eggs.
